The University of Perpetual Help Las Piñas Campus men’s volleyball team, ALTAS Spikers, has recently posted its 5th consecutive victory in the NCAA Season 93 Volleyball Tournament against the Jose Rizal University, 25-17, 25-16, 25-20 held at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Ronniel Rosales who scored 10 hits and 3 blocks was named the best player of the game. Helping him to win the game were Joebert Almodiel and Rey Taneo giving the team 12 points each.
On the other hand, the LADY ALTAS posted its 4th victory in five (5) games agains the JRU Lady Bombers with the score 25-21, 22-25, 25-14, 25-21. Scoring for Lady Altas was superliga veteran Maria Lourdes Clemente with 19 hits including 14 kills and 2 blocks while Cindy Imbo got 18 points.
